Bristol post now reporting. Say were casting an eye over him after recommended by George friend.

If Ayala is fit and willing to accept a 3 month contract, it would seem like a no-brainer. We really need another CB. Would allow Grant to cover LB too.

Eddie has definitely not left and is 100% still working at the club. The previous rumours were just that, rumours and completely false and without any evidence to prove it, probably someone even stirring and on the wind up or hearing 2+2 and getting 5…..

My own conspiracy theory (and it just that!) is that Tristan Crama won't be back for months yet and Ayala would be a temporary replacement with a three month contract.

I thought the same until crama tweeted the other day" back soon ". Unless Wilson's injury is worse than feared or hunts Saturday meaning hoole is now right back so we have no centre half cover? |

Would have been a whole deal cheaper and easier to have one of own signings available in Beefy
I think playing alongside Taylor again would have seen him come good
Also building our OWN defence!
I like Barton’s loans but it would have made sense to develop players who will be with us next season

If Connolly had stayed and the other CH stayed fit he could have spent 6 months just sitting on the bench? Not really sure Connolly is up to L1 football anyway at present, as he miles behind Crama l.

Your opinion Topper I think he hasn’t been given a good run in a settled defence, in a proper back 4 For me he’s one persevering with, he’s ours, I think the same with Hoole UTG |

Spot on Topper, Connolly is miles off Div1 standard. I don’t see any stand out part of his game, his passing wasn’t great in the end, no real pace, not great in the air and not that strong as well. He couldn’t sweep up like Lockyer and Hinton, all I heard was he missed his baby sitter Taylor and I’m sorry, I’m happy for pairs to work together like Brown/Monkhouse but we don’t need baby sitters! |

They have retired now due to a growing number of so called Gasheads slating the club full time. I miss the days where we had an edge on our rivals and an element of class compared to them, those days are long gone. |
