Now taking over the reigns at Millwall.
Was highly rated by Graydon and made captain at a very young age, but had to play through the pain barrier and it showed.
When he was finally fit he was good enough to get into the Championship and had a pretty good career.
Funny how sometimes it is just not the right time (and we often sign them during the wrong time!).

 Lots of changes at that time in our team when he joined and I recall him playing against us too.Management not for everyone. Down here Richard Walker did a couple of years at Beer Albion in the Devon and Exeter league at the time but didn't do too well!!!!! Club linesmen so only local stuff. |

Blimey, forgot Southend were in the championship! Not only that but got into the play offs with Doncaster. Mad how things can change. |
