Anyone had this issue - tried 20 times with three accounts, different cards etc but get an error message about card details and account details not matching.
I’ve called the club - puts me in a Q then disconnects me.
What a joke!!

I just tried calling the club, all extensions put me to the tune and then cut me off except finance, they answered but unfortunately finance is outsourced and the lady I spoke to was in Shepton Mallet and could not put me through to anyone because they did not have any phone numbers just email addresses. Very frustrating......

I got through eventually but was told that I can’t buy tickets over the phone etc…
Finally got my tickets sorted using laptop instead of phone.
Not a good user experience and an hour of my life I’m not getting back!!
