Ā£4.5 million budget, 3 left backs and none any good. I keep hearing we have a great squad, itās a myth and all based on players previous seasons and playing higher but all at our level now for a reason. One reason is many were unemployed or looking for one final pension pot payment. We donāt have any hungry players we can sell, itās all experienced pros like Scott McGliesh and Virgo who Buckle signed. We are a middle table side, this lot are never making 6th place With respect a Ā£4.5 budget. Seems to be increasing every week on here. |

Frustrating thing is very simple tactics from Burton but we can't live with the physicality of their front line. Men against boys. We need to be much much stronger.

Think the experiment with grant and Vale has run it's course. Looking weak at the back again. The second goal was all down our right side, Taylor was particularly weak for that one. Collins seems to waste every potential chance we make upfront by needlessly shooting from distance. Yes, and Grant let his man turn and stick it in the net from 5 yards, not strong enough! |

We need to man up as a team ā¦ getting bullied all over the pitch.
Incredible that after two weeks rest with Barton granting five days of time off we look clueless at times.
45 minutes to put this right - Top Six looks Miles off..
Cox - Distribution has been awful
Gibbons - Tested once and couldnāt cut out the cross for the second goal
Taylor and Grant look like itās their first game together
Vale - Getting rinsed - needs help
Ward & Woods - not doing enough to close down or move us up the pitch.
Sinclair - Rarely involved
Evans - Nice goal but not carrying the ball forward enough
Collins - busy with not much end result. Good assist
Martin - Getting battered by Sweeney on and off the ball

With respect he said at the end of the season you need a Ā£4.5 million budget to have a go at it, if you want to debate it itās Ā£4.2 we canāt do this until the end of the season or financial accounts are released. But heās publicly said we are going for promotion, he obviously feels heās got a good enough squad to say this which suggests itās around Ā£4.5 million? Now if he was like DC, frustrated and always having to sell heād be saying this, he hasnāt once said we need to over achieve this season. Just the same every away match all possession , no threat, we might have some good players , but we are struggling with the conductor, I think to move on , it might be time for a change, letting goals in every game , you aināt gonna win many

An average salary of Ā£112500/ year or Ā£2163/week.
I just donāt accept it.
