I used to go on NewsNow Bristol Rovers all the time but I have stopped as nothing appears from our own website and nor Bristol Live/Post because of the managers ban on speaking to them.
I’m lambasted for my views on PR and marketing 🤷🏼♂️🤔

Matt Taylor working without his or in fact any coaching team? Our new major shareholder communicates so rarely that I can’t even remember who he is! |

Heard on Boxing Day that Gorringe had outsourced the club website. Is there anything left at the club that hasn't been outsourced other than him.

Strange that we seemingly don't have a DoF, head of recruitment or any type of scouting network in place a few days before the transfer window opens.

Pretty sure I'd read that all the EFL club websites are provided by iFollow free as a platform for their digital content. This arrangement is ending as EFL coverage will switch to Sky next season so clubs will need to sign up with a new website provider.

Strange that we seemingly don't have a DoF, head of recruitment or any type of scouting network in place a few days before the transfer window opens. Roy Dolling phoned me in Staffordshire many years ago asking if there was anyone from that area I could recommend to come down for trials.Not really my scene but did recommend Tony Hemmings from Rocester who I had come across when reffing and he then signed for Wycombe!!!!! Not sure what our scouting network consists of these days.Perhaps we should appoint Pirate? |

Its always been outsourced as the EFL have a template framework that all clubs work with which is hosted by them. All the clubs do is just update the pages they want with different information. Its a bit like a self contained WIX site, only worse. |

Im sure there are plenty of more capable and qualified people than myself Colyton, I just hope we get the right infrastructure in place to give the manager the best possible chance of succeeding. As always, recruitment is key. |
