Apart from wilder, Eustace I would strongly look at Ryan Mason of Spurs as I think he could be the next Eddie Howe.

Eddie Howe, who cut his teeth in L2 dog fights and got a team up 3 divisions and is now doing an impressive job at Newcastle? That Eddie Howe? How cam Ryan Mason be compared in any way having had a terrible stint or 2 as a caretaker manager.
