Referee average 4.26 Opponents average 5.11 I always think these stats make for a pretty fair reading of how players are doing, albeit occasionally it seems it becomes trendy for fans to ridiculously under-rate certain players. With that in mind, it’s interesting to see Woods amongst the best rated from a decent sample size. All I’ve seen recently is about how poor he’s been but those first couple of performances were excellent. Maybe one to keep an eye on when he’s had time to get a bit of fitness/freshness back after the international break. |

I wonder if recent performance of manager departure has affected him...?
