Youāre totally missing the point that Iād have Ā£17 credit towards a future ticket . 1) you pay the club Ā£17 when you buy the ticket. 2) The club repays you Ā£17 when they sell the ticket. Even better for the club, its not cash its a credit. 3) The club then sells the ticket for Ā£26. What bit is bad for the club? In fact, the club are up Ā£9 straight away and any profit on ancillary spend by the person who has bought the ticket. That's the one. I think a few may forget that the credit only applies IF the ticket gets sold. Bit disappointed the club sent me an email regarding my experience for 2 games I never went too. No link between tickets not being scanned and peoples accounts |

Decided today to miss the Portsmouth game.
Used ticket exchange for first time and am told I will receive Ā£10 for my West terrace ticket.
Therefore any one interested get on the site asap.

Of the three linked tickets in my account, I could only put one (mine, Senior) up for exchange. I get Ā£10. It's for sale at Ā£26. Fair enough. I wonder if it had been the adult ticket, would still only get Ā£10? That's if it sells! The club highlights the exchange seats in red, which I think is done to put supporters off choosing it when there are blue seats available, after all there's more in it for them to sell a normal ticket.

Just put three up for sale as canāt make the game (1 adult and 2 kids). I get 20 quid if they sell, which is better than nothing and glad if it gives three people the opportunity to go.

To get anything back is a bonus and if Iād sold every game of my season ticket last season for Ā£15 Iād have made a profit! Not surprised itās only a tenner now. |
