Early indicators seem to be we are settling for Top Ten this season and maybe have a go in the summer. Some very decent strikers in discussion with other clubs around us while we have little to show so far. Still early i appreciate but would be nice to have a striker in early especially with the run of games we have coming up this month. I am not sure I have seen so many higher league on loan players recalled before with a view to sending out again to a higher division....Might free up some opportunity i hope. If the talk about Ben Waine is true it confirms just how little funds are really available or how poor we are at negotiating terms. We've had no indicators? Until players sign or don't sign we really haven't a clue what the intentions are, whatever they are now might change anyway if we win the replay. It's good to see Bogarde's gone back and Connolly's returned. Indicators - 1. Lack of funds now available this window. 2. Owners realising they have a mammoth project here to make the club sustainable and bring it into the 21st century. Some Internal departments are a shambles from Hospitality horror stories to daily staff inadequacies.A lot needs a proper purge but as yet they are just trying to get by. Plenty more … Things seem to be uncovered almost weekly / monthly. A lot of legacy profiteering still going on also needs cauterising. As for Bogarde going back and Connolly returning being positive - I don’t see it. Lamarr had lost his way for sure but Connolly strengthening our defensive options is simply not going to happen, unless MT can reshape his thinking and ability .

Would be a very decent forward for us I think … Three big clubs linked again … Charlton could end up playing 3-2-5 formation at this rate.

He signed for Blackburn during the summer on a big wage. He has had injury problems, but I would be surprised if he dropped a league already. I know a lot of Plymouth fans, who were sad to see him leave.

Chippenham-born and former Calne FC youngster Soonsup-Bell and Lankshear are promising forwards.

Just read a Mirror news feed sprouting the same story, stranger things or devious goings on to bolster someone’s wage ? 😇

Seriously hoping that MT has two Strikers in discussion ..
Would be typical of Rovers to come out of a transfer window weaker than before.

If he can get 18 month contract who will blame him We should offer no more than a decent wedge to end of season.
As CG says we need 2 ready to go. One if he stays, both if he goes.

I can imagine contract until the end of season is all he will get anywhere at 35. If the sh** offered 2k more to sit on their bench he probably will. Then again I don't know how much money CM has been on in his career.
