how are we writing off a CB before he's even kicked a ball! He's a big lad who's played international football. Has to be better than playing Grant at CB, who's body position means he gets beat time and time again.
Give him a chance, no one knew who Connor Taylor was before we loaned him! UTG

Will not be surprised to see a double strike on Reading ..... Harvey Knibbs and Sam Smith. Owen Moxon was on our radar ( along with other L1 Clubs) but i think he is now on his way to Portsmouth Interest in Rio Adebsi at Crewe may be one to watch Still talking .... !!!

Every signing is an underwhelming signing on Gaschat, until they ‘do a bit’.
Eliot Anderson being the most recent example of course.

Also (other than another striker) people have been saying first 11 is decent. Cover is what we need. Left footed CBs are quite rare so will be happy to have one as cover.

Very uninspiring and not what we need, but give the fella a chance! Absolutely essential signing - especially if it means we don't have to rely on Connolly . Hopefully if he does well we might have opportunity to buy him full time.

Played for Indonesia against Australia recently and scored a goal. For Australia unfortunately. Looks tall and quick. Give the boy a chance!

I’ll finish your sentence off for you if I may: Then if they do a bit we start talking about who they’re going to be sold to, and when and how much, after a few goals or performances. Like we did with JCH …..

Not sure where I sit on the JCH debate but wonder if no offers come in for him whether they would accept a loan out deal to get him off the wage bill. I am guessing not as that would be a loss of face for DMac but it would free up wages for them and give JCH a few months back in Bristol and he could weigh up his options in the Summer. If he bangs in some goals we might pay him a few quid to keep him. Not going to happen but seems a logical option! Can't imagine a world where having been screwed out of 800k+ by us in the summer he would entertain any offer less than this from us. Somebody else possibly just to get his wage gone, but can't see their owner dealing with us. Fair point, I wouldn’t want to deal with us after that!

Dan Hargraves @danjhargraves · 1m Matt Taylor has admitted that Bristol Rovers are trying to get more incomings in before the deadline. Also hasn’t ruled out further outgoings.
