Good Morning Gasheads!
As a current South West Stand Season Ticket holder, I have been receiving tickets via email for the West Terrace all season.
The tickets have been labelled "Seat Unique West Terrace". The "Row/Seat" have both been numbers (e.g. 3/250).
For the Portsmouth and Charlton games, the tickets are labelled "Bristol Rovers Unreserved Seat". The "Row/Seat" is a letter followed by a number. i.e. a seat location. Both tickets have different seat numbers, so it is not my "Season Ticket" seat.
Does anybody know if this is simply an error, or an indication that the new South Stand is open?

That seems to be the case from the recent club announcement?
"As an interim measure, we are pleased to confirm that following a Safety Advisory Group meeting yesterday, permission has been granted to extend our temporary usage of the south stand for the Christmas period.
The small increase will allow all the South Stand season ticket holders to sit in the Southwest corner of the new stand. Season ticket holders for this area will receive an e-ticket in the same way as they have been for previous fixtures.
Again, we would like to thank all the season ticket holders for their patience while the work has been ongoing."

Sounds promising. No mention of this in the email that I received though.
Also technically I am a "South West Stand" season ticket holder, not a "South Stand" season ticket holder. |

Also technically I am a "South West Stand" season ticket holder, not a "South Stand" season ticket holder. It would be odd to find seats for all the South Stand season ticket holders but not the SW Stand s/t holders? Although it is Rovers we're talking about, so anything is possible! |

The South West stand was open to season ticket holders. Unreserved seating which was a bit chaotic but worked ok as there were plenty of spaces. Hopefully once the main South Stand is open we will be back to allocated seating.
Really enjoyed being back in a seat, and the new stand looks impressive. Happy days!
