Portsmouth have offered nothing.
We've had a few decent chances but we are playing so deep.
Vale and Thomas not really getting past the halfway line. Shame as they have been our most potent attackers under Taylor.

Cox’s distribution is absolutely shocking. He’s supposed to be the 11th player on the pitch when we have possession, but honestly it’s like having 10 because every time he smashes it out for a throw in or to the Pompey GK

We’ve had so many chance but haven’t even hit the target apart from the save early on.
Free headers going wide, bad decisions at key points , if we had our finishing boots on could be 3-0 up.
Pleased with how well weve played though just need to be more clinical.

I thought he had a solid half myself, all the right decisions and dealt with some pretty ropey back passes well. Saved us at the end with that last touch of the half as well. |

Pompey 60% possession. They look mainly to be going down the flanks, particularly the right hand side. I detected some nerves earlier with that chance where Evans basically had full licence to shoot but bottled it…

Evans should have at least worked the goalie when he seemed to have a clear run at goal but we've created far more than Pompey so far and we're making look bang average. |

When pompey have the ball, they keep it for a while, so giving it away just stops us from scoring for 10 mins |
