Has anyone become aware of the impact of the repositioning of the Dug Outs this season?
The AWAY team staff are now much closer to the halfway line and the HOME team staff are closer to The North Terrace.
In a number of games this season the Fourth Official has had to endure/enjoy the complaints/pleasure of continual dialogue with rival managers.
Do we think this repositioning of the Dug Outs is a delberate or an accidental decision?
Do we think it is beneficial or a problem to our staff and club?
Does it even matter?

They’ve always seemingly had the ear of the 4th official. Dont think the repositioning has done much.

Always done my head in when an incident occurs on the pitch and the manager/s turns immediately to the 4th official and screams at him. What really is the point of that.

Yeah I’ve always thought that. I certainly couldn’t be a fourth official I’d get banned for slapping a manager in the first game I reckon. |
