Personally do not like the thought of another ex City stalwart at the club but then again I'm just an old git who was born on the blue side of Bristol but whose parents moved to the wrong side and was then sent to a virtually all "City" school and have never gotten over it. Blue and red don't mix.

Blue and red don't mix. Yep, can relate to that. Born in Downend (Wendover), lived in Staple Hill, Mangotsfield, then Warmley, but now in Knowle. Doesn’t stop me displaying my colours though, it is what it is . . . |

Phillips did well for us, as did Ward for them. The blokes going to be on the coaching staff. It is what it is. Hardly anything to lose sleep over😄

I see the Radio Bristol sources haven't improved much then unless the Daily Record have got it wrong. Apparently Wayne Carlisle was soon to be named number2 That Dan lad seems proper out of his depth sadly. Just relentlessly tweets a lot of stuff for engagement, but of very little substance or inside knowledge on any news etc McAllister would be a great addition - however yet another ex City stalwart at the club !!I have absolutely no time for them but I am always willing to look beyond an individuals association with them as long as they do a good job for us. |
