Cant find it on the club website. Want to put up my west terrace ticket. Not on the club website you have to log into your ticketmaster account. www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/Go to manage tickets and then you should find the ticket exchange option.

Cant find it on the club website. Want to put up my west terrace ticket. You need to go on the tickets page on the clubs website & sign in with your personal ticket account number, from there you should be able to offer your ticket for exchange.

Ticket exchange to enable me to sell tickets for games I can’t get to (Thatchers ST holder) wasn’t working earlier in the year, then it did work for a while, but now it’s not working again. Anyone know why? It’s a shame I can’t sell my Exeter ticket (a game I can’t make) as I imagine the the Thatchers will be close to a sell out.

Ticketmaster have been a complete disaster at every turn since their very first involvement with the club. I don't know whether they are institutionally incompetent, or they just don't care about the customer, but a lot of flack directed at the club are because of Ticketmaster's failings. I'm not sure how long the club are tied into a contract with them, but it would be a wise move to ditch Ticketmaster and find an alternative provider at the earliest opportunity.

Not sure for standing, but exchange has worked for seats no issue (fortunately sold 2 for Fleetwood!) But I am not expecting to be able to sell again this season - too many tickets available everywhere.

I think it’s much much more likely that the problems are due to Rovers inability to specify the needs and parameters of the ticketmaster portal. Plenty of teams use ticketmaster without all these issues we see.

It's as difficult as they can possible make it. I couldn't make the boxing day game, which meant I also had linked tickets for my son and grandson I wanted to sell. Could only list mine, and ended up with £10.

You're the only one sounds like the Post Office and Fujitsu putting that blame on Postmasters to me.
Just a quick search reveals that other clubs do have problems with Ticketmaster. As you've set the challenge, I'll try to document some of these.

I can trace ticketdisaster giving rovers the run around as far back as 2007. Play off final day, the biggest match in rovers recent history (at the time) tickets all sorted and paid for in full weeks before the big day, yep they still hadn’t arrived a week, 5 days & then 2 days before the game itself. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out, panic & pandemonium. We ended up sitting in groups of 5 & 6 two blocks apart having purchased seats in one single transaction. Not great when it involved kids and elderly grandparents.
Incredible they still haven’t got things nailed down 17 years on.

Ain’t the ticket exchange only available when it’s sold out in the area that you stand/sit?

Ain’t the ticket exchange only available when it’s sold out in the area that you stand/sit? No, but if there are a lot of tickets available in your area, it’s more unlikely that yours will be resold.
