Never forget trekking over to Colchester on that Tuesday night to see us cruising to a rare victory, only to watch Harries get a second yellow for time wasting on a throw in & Trev come on as sub to help see out the win, only to get himself a straight red two mins later for punching some dude in the face.
Then they equalised.
Good times.

I thought he looked like a quick winger and not a defensive player at all. Would have him back to give him a few games / sub appearances between now and the end of the season in a more attacking role and then review it.

One of the most frustrating games I’ve seen.
Totally in control and should have been 2 or 3 goals up.
Didn’t Pitman have a goal disallowed as well?
Clarke’s ‘victim’ had his red card overturned. Quite rightly as I seem to recall it being a totally unjustified attack on him.
I still liked Clarke though and disappointed he hasn’t been considered to come back into the squad.

I couldnt understand it when Barton said he cant trust Trevor defensively, yet continued to play Gordon who I still dont think ive seen make a tackle? Hoole also struggles on the other side against anyone with an ounce of pace

MT seemed clear it is as much (if not more) Clarke's wish to return to Ireland. We are paying him though so should at least get him back training!

That’s why it always amuses me when certain posters highlight players who’ve scored 40 goals in the Dutch fourth division and think they’d be able to do it here !

Alfie May is joint-top scorer in League One, but as a 23-year-old was playing in 8th tier Isthmian League Division One South for Hythe Town. The joint-second top scorer Jamie Reid was playing in the 6th tier National League South at the age of 24. The joint-3rd top scorer Colby Bishop was playing in the 6th tier National League North at the age of 22 and the other 3rd top scorer Dion Charles was in the National League North at the age of 24.

Meant to be a full back -- But played like a winger. No thanks

Appeared to find it hard to cross the half-way line, when he did he passed it backwards.

TC wasnt good enough for this level and the problem with him was that he is so left footed it took opposition wingers about 10 mins to work out to hit his right hand side and he would be turned upside down for the next 80 mins. Same with going forward, he had no confidence to do anything with his right leg that all the oppo full back would have to do was force him to come inside and he would then either go backwards or lose possession. The LOI is the same level as L2 at best and nothing to get overly excited about.
