Just a quick query about Barnsley away tickets. I bought them for me and my son online and had an email saying that the transaction includes print at home tickets, but there is no attachment. Is this normal - do tickets get sent later? It’s the first time in a year and a half that we’ve bought away tickets so I just wanted to check before I contact the dreaded Ticketmaster.

Barnsley tickets are paper tickets that you should receive in the post. |

Not entirely sure myself, best course of action would be to ask Pete Weymouth via social media if possible. He’ll be able to tell you in an instant. |

I don’t know if it’s pay on the day. It’s a shame they can’t put this info out a bit more clearly. I’ve had similar confusion before. I don’t like worrying about whether I’m going to get tickets in time. It strikes me that in this day and age that could easily be avoided.

Bit of a joke that under 14s are £5 everywhere else in the ground but they don't offer that tier for away fans

Always worth looking there |

I read somewhere that Norwich were donating £2 from every ticket bought by home supporters,towards the club’s community project’s. |
