"All season ticket holders will have their seats reserved until 7pm on Wednesday 10th January, when any unclaimed seats will be released."
Nothing was said about terrace season tickets?

Thanks. I can be even more stupid, believe me. My pont is that season ticket holders are a priority group. The email said we had until 7pm tomorrow to reserve our tickets. After that, they should have gone on general sale. I think it's taking the mickey for chancers to buy in bulk. Sorry if that's "stupid". Read it again it clearly said stand seat ticket holders, it could be an error or it could mean terrace tickets weren't held back? So Terrace ST holders are treated differently to Seat ST holders? Should bode well for next season renewals…Not!

Has anyone actually spoken to or heard from the club on this ? Pete told someone with a terrace ST last night they should be reserved. That person found them in the reserved spot in profile. Others haven’t. Intention obviously was to reserve which I am convinced means they haven’t been sold just aren’t showing to some holders due to TN technical issues I’d imagine.

Really? I'm sure we have just under 6k season ticket holders (not that every single person will go to Anfield either). That would mean 3k onto general sale..... Not all season ticket holders will go but with the link up system on Ticketmaster I could get tickets for mates who are not ST holders if my ST holder mates are not going so I would imagine if tickets got to general sale there would hardly be an left from a 6000 allocation after going through all the priority groups.

All terrace ST holders have a “seat” reserved in their profile/account, it’s just on the terraces (if that makes sense).

I reckon the club thought the game wouldn’t sell.
£10 a ticket. They seemed to go on the basis of a profile for playing a Maidstone not a Norwich let alone with the subsequent draw.
Poor planning. But I’m afraid this is what we’re used to.

Total joke that my thatchers spot was not reserved. Have had a ST for 18 years in there. Why should I lose out because I don’t have a seat? Makes 0 sense.
And it’s not like we were given any warning of tickets going on sale. The first I saw that the date was set, the thatchers was sold out (it seems, anyway).
I’ve no reserved ticket in my account (I’ve double checked). Not really good enough that, tbh.
Fortunately I’ve managed to find a mate who is away for the game and have grabbed their seat. But I feel for anyone who got screwed by this.
If we do reach the Liverpool game I shan’t be so forgiving if I miss out on a ticket! That’s the dream game for me.

We must be going back to the days of sending them a letter with a sae to get information it seems

But I’m afraid this is what we’re used to. Also very confused by that pricing. I heard we charge some away fans £30-35! £10 for Norwich at Home in a huge game is laughably good value. CHARGE US MORE! 😂

I read it as seats not terraces and when the statement was put out the draw hadn't been made. Let's say we got Ipswich or Posh away next round I bet there isn't a sell out for the replay. Hindsight is a great thing and if the club had waited until this morning to announce the ticket info then things may have been handled different. No blame on the club from me it's just one of those things

Seats, terrace all treated the same. Input your ST number and buy a ticket. It’s not complicated, but some people just love to find problems with the club they allegedly love.

I got home from a meeting at around 10:00 last night with at least 6 other (mainly over-65’s) season ticket holders, most of whom are not as ‘tech savvy’ as me. I emailed Pete/Clare and Tom Gorringe telling them both me and the other guys will be coming to the ground to collect their tickets, today/tomorrow. She replied at 8:00 this morning that Pete will be in touch to sort it out. I hope he will be able to sort them out or I'm sure there be thousands of season ticket holders like us who wil be royally p***Ed off. I'm going at 10:00 unless I get a reply from Pete before that.
