Does this mean the club won’t protect terrace ST holders right to first dibs for Liverpool tickets, should we beat Norwich?! Would be disgusting if it is only seated season ticket holders again, especially since I would have one had I not been booted out of the south stand at the end if 21/22!! Luckily I was on the ball and got my ticket for Norwich as soon as they were released.

Seats, terrace all treated the same. Input your ST number and buy a ticket. It’s not complicated, but some people just love to find problems with the club they allegedly love. Clearly not that way though is it. Perfectly tech savvy individuals have failed to find their reserved tickets and are left either without a ticket or unable to buy one. This means either the ticket platform was set up in a woefully stupid way to allow sell out through the back door or it works in a woefully stupid way. Not good at all.

I read it as seats not terraces and when the statement was put out the draw hadn't been made. Let's say we got Ipswich or Posh away next round I bet there isn't a sell out for the replay. Hindsight is a great thing and if the club had waited until this morning to announce the ticket info then things may have been handled different. No blame on the club from me it's just one of those things No blame? The club have broken their contract with season ticket holders to protect their tickets for cup games if they've now sold them? I think panic is sinking in when it's not really needed. I don't think the Thatchers has sold out. I think there has been a communication issue from the club to season ticket holders. I fully expect this is simply a software issue where the reserved 'seat' (as mentioned before, everyone has an allocated seat number on their ST) just hasn't been pushed to the ST holders account correctly. Will be resolved by lunchtime.

This is all really poor. I'm a ST holder, really looking forward to buying my "reserved" seat, only to be informed it's not available.
Demoralising, comes to mind. Any enthusiasm for the match is sinking fast!
FFS!

Just to add yet another voice to the many on here.. but I did not immediately see the e-mail yesterday (delivered at 18:38) and the first I heard tickets were on sale was my mate (also a STH) in the WhatsApp saying that they looked like they were sold out (this was at 21:19.. so 2 hours and 19 minutes after they apparently went on sale). He, nor I, could believe that the North Terrace had sold out for a midweek game in that short space of time. Then I got a text from my Dad saying he and my Mum had tickets for the NT and that was at around 21:30. So I logged in and after a few refreshes I could see NT tickets available, but only ever the odd one (as if people had reserved them and timed out and they were reappearing) - so exactly what you would expect if they were legitimately selling out. In the end I managed to get one and not long after that all the stands became unavailable!! I have subsequently checked my "reserved seats" section of my eticket account and there is nothing there - same with my mate (who did not get a ticket). My strong belief is that they have attempted to reserve terrace space for STHs, but failed to release the tickets properly. STHs therefore just bought general allocation (like myself) and that limited number has been used up. I would not be at all surprised if the club release a statement soon saying that there was a cock up (blaming ticketmaster, of course) and then a huge number of terraced tickets become available. If this isn't the case then we have properly cocked it.. but still nice to think we can sell out our entire stadium in ~3hrs (even with our existing limited capacity). Let's see what Rovers announce.. it can't be too much longer now, surely?

Every game is an all ticket game now, surely. Now, we have a pay on the day or not available on the day distinction, rather than all ticket and not all ticket.

Why have they it wasnt classified as an all ticket game. All games are now all ticket? Correct but when the ticket info was given out we hadn't had the draw. There wouldn't have been this much interest if we hadn't got a decent draw and we certainly wouldn't have sold out. That's why there wasn't a priority for terrace season ticket holders. Seats are limited so I understand the clubs stance at the time. I bet they are a little frustrated they didn't wait until this morning to announce tickets as they could have charged more and still sold out but as I stated in another post hindsight is a wonderful thing.

I manage 3 west terrace season tickets on my account, nothing available. Previous season ticket cards had a seat number, but not this season.

We must all be thick as pig sh**. Obviously the website is CLEARLY showing the method to buy your reserved ticket. But no worries, you've got YOUR ticket, the rest of us ST holders should STFU and stop moaning......jeez!

If we had a crap draw I would imagine the crowd to 7/8000 max and you then would have been able to buy a ticket on the day from the matchday office or have I missed something and they don't do that anymore.

Can you please stop insulting intelligent ST holders with nonsense like this. They have gone in, done exactly as suggested, and the ‘reserved’ terrace spot is not on their account. This isn’t one or two, but hundreds. The club and / or Ticketmaster have messed up royally with this. So to find fault with the most loyal of fans is frankly beyond the pale.
