Just means there is no continuity in starting line ups meaning chopping and changing each week which doesnt help,. You pretty much have to sign 2 players when getting anyone like that in |

Surely 2 CM signings now needed in this window with Ward's injury situation and sending back Bogarde and Woods?

Never understood why telling the public domain the injury status of the players days before a game.
If it was me I'd be like yeah Ward would be out for a few weeks.
Rest Ward for Saturday then. Bang! hour before KO next wednesday he's on the Team sheet 😅

Istr DC never talking about injuries or how long players would be out and it seemed to annoy him when pushed about it. Was there a player who actually told the press more information than DC wanted and he was annoyed about it and didn’t last much longer? UTG! |

Stick with 3 at the back and hope a more attacking mid can do Wards role
Go 4 at the back and use Grant or Crama in a CDM role? Risky.
When Gordon or Friend back, I reckon Vale could play there (could probably play anywhere). Needs someone with the legs to play alongside Finley - why Woods has gone.
