How can Bond not be an official employee if he's still part of the coaching set up?

Unfortunately you don't find a ward replacement in January. He's probably in the top 5 central midfielders at this level. I can't remember seeing anyone this season as good as him come to think of it he really is terrific.

Why is Bond doing the presser in place of MT and not McAlister? Is he officially a Rovers employee?! EDIT: Is MacAlister officially a rovers employee I assume he is I doubt he'd be in the dugout if he wasn't, unless he's left already!! As Pirate(?) suggested previously it's odd nothing was posted on the OS regarding his appointment. |

A bit gutting that Ward will miss the Norwich game, and Liverpool game if we make it, as we don't seem the same team without him. Evans doesn't seem a natural replacement, nor does LM and Finley is half the player he normally is when played further forward.

I think we did possibly but he didn't get up to speed for a little while. He was certainly nowhere near the levels he is at now. What I meant was there isn't a chance in hell we sign anyone in Jan that's as good as ward unless we pay the big bucks which isn't going to happen so he's going to be a massive loss. |

Great loss this, but with Woods going back it must mean reinforcements are lined up to come in.

Bonds words were "weeks not days". So hopefully he is back in contention early feb and not out for months like Wilson
Evans will do a job there I am sure. Will be everywhere like Grant. We will just miss him in the more forward role. Perfect opportunity for McCormick to shine.
