I must of been watching the same game as you Dr , thought he was lightweight and very wasteful. My son commented in the first half, his head as gone and he had gone I to headless chicken mode. IMO I have to agree . I like him as a player but L2 player for me. Would love to see Rossiter and Ward play a full season but Rossiter will probably be let go or retire with his injury issues. Ward very injury prone which is sad as he always puts in a good shift. McCormack at best a squad player going forward

I like McCormick. I think we're blessed with a host of midfielders with differing levels of quality or strengths - Evans is great with the ball in tight spaces and making driving runs (plus dead balls), McCormick is a very good presser, Ward has the star quality, Finley is a brilliant 'water carrier'. The issue is those individuals staying fit regularly, bar Evans.
As much as Macca does impress me, I do think our best midfield trio when fit is comfortably Ward-Finley-Evans.

Massively impressed last couple games - classy in tight areas, great vison & pressing high up the pitch. Just missing that final end product - story of our season.
