I think he could play on the wing.
Not sure if it is a natural tendency to cut back inside once he beats the first man or if he was listening to Joey, but he has a fair turn of pace, a good centre of balance and good close control.
A bit of work on crosses (and a actually having players in the box to aim for!) and you never know.

Fair play it was a good brave block by the defender but from my view it looked like it was rocketing into the net. Like others have said, yesterday and v Exeter, Flash did very well when he came on. Still young and learning league football,and probably not the greatest wage earner, so I think he should definitely get a contract extension. |

There'd have been more moans had the substitutions lead to Oxford getting back in the game (and criticism of LG and JC) |

I would have replaced Martin with Big John ten mins into the second half as well to get some challenges in further up the pitch as they were well on top at that stage. |
