Great news if he is at The Quarters. Pleased that the owners are getting their ducks in a row.

I am the only one thinking the new owners are doing a good job, 1) In the last 6 months we've actually signed a player for real money which was almost a record and despite the lack of scouting/recruitment ect... hes in the exact mould that we think we should be signing. We've also sold our best asset for a decent price, this hasnt always happened. 2) In addition to this, we've actually improved the stadium. Not aspirations not UWE relocation or Fruit market buying but actual improvement that we can see. 3) He's changed the manager which has pleased many of the fan base. yes everything has happened a bit slower than expected and there are still some areas that we need to improve but i'd rather get it right than make expensive poor decisions. 2) The stand was started & the loan obtained before the new owners came on board? 3) They claimed they changed the manager as JB was under performing but MT's hardly done a lot better? The big issue seems to be the lack of any recruitment team nor scouting network.

Thought we didn't have any moneyš¤£š¤£ Didnāt someone recently say ā* Wael, heās sold us down the river with the new lotā š¤£oops Employing two coaches to replace two coaches whoāve left proves nothing either way to be honest. 400k profit in this window and a smaller wage bill. Letās see what happens in the summer

This is just great news. We are rebuilding a sensible approach to success. Very happy gashead here. Bring on tomorrow. PS: I notice team are still thinking play offs might be possible, and why not.

Letās see what happens in the summer We've still employed two experienced coaches which can't come cheap, plus kept, for now at least, KB on the pay roll, there's no real evidence the owners are cost cutting on the coaching side of the club, which is what matters for most of us. As far as the playing budget the club can't win, posters are suggesting JB spent too much now the new owners are cutting the budget that's wrong, although I doubt we'll miss the likes of Gibbons and Belshaw.

We could have waited for Klopp but 6 weeks was too long for some. Think we all have to wait to see how the recruitment this window pans out but it was hardly spot on before

Don't know how many points we were off the play offs at that time. I knew we came from a long way back.

Perhaps just give credit where its due. The one thing everyone seems to agree on is that costs have been cut. And MT has a complete team to work with him, the South Stand is nearly completed and filling up, all something tangible and real. First time in decades that we appear to be implementing a ground plan. Of course not everything done but enough to give us some hope that after Wails inability to say no to JB we may have a more considered team in place. I may be way out but ....credit where its due. UTG!

1st team staff all in place now itās time a plan was put in place behind the seen. Lots of vacancies online, and still nobody in. Club sec media manager, sporting director, recruitment scout, commercial manager, hospitality chef, stadium manager, safeguarding head all got moved on this year and not replaced. No wonder we always have issues and f**k ups. Club built on sand but without planning!!
