Considering he signed just the day before and is only 20, it was an incredibly impressive debut.
And listening to his post match interview he is clearly an intelligent, articulate and very likeable young man.
What a future he has in store and delighted we will be seeing some of it.
Congrats to MT and team for bringing him to us.

He’s young he’s already good , he’s got loads of potential and he’s at a premier league club. His value would be ridiculous, same as Eliot Anderson. This is why it’s so important to utilise the loan market well. We’d never be able to buy a player like him, most clubs in the championship couldn’t afford him let alone us. I’m not saying we could never find a player like him but once a player like this had already been spotted and signed by a premier league club we could only dream of purchasing at this stage of his career. |

Doesn't seem like the type of player to adapt in L1 but what do I know. He could turn out to be amazing Fingers crossed but I think you're right. We seem to get last minute babbers to warm the bench for a few months - when we're not signing 40 year old cripples to warm the physio bed. Maybe that's the cynic in me talking, but a bit of experience and a proven goal scorer would have been nice..! Still, maybe next year eh?! Are you any happier about him, now that he's played his first game? |

Give him any space on the edge of the box and it looks like he'll score.

I think he was given a bit more space than he should have since the ref ran into their defender just as he was about to try and swipe Brandon's legs from under him, but it was indeed a cracking goal. Let's see how it does in goal of the month.

What impressed me about him was how quickly he sees a pass . He pushed a ball through to Evans in the furst half which was unfortunately offside but was top notch. If they got him for £400k then it looks like we should be sending scouts across to Costa Rica for our rebuild

According to Wiki most internationals still play for local teams, some have made to Arsenal, Hearts & Sunderland, I wonder if BA can recommend a couple of players?

That’s right Topper, I’m sure every Brazilian, Argentina club side scout hasn’t checked the Costa Rica national side, let’s add the MLS scouts, oh and let’s add in the Spanish club side scouts as well and see if they have missed a gem! While we are there, can someone phone Jake Gosling as well to see he can recommend anyone from Gibraltar. And let’s not stop here, Vitas for Latvia and McGhee for Scotland, I mean Kenneth and Rirodan were great tips! Matt, and you say the word a “couple”, you could work with Jennings pal 😂👍 |

Like I have the time to use two phones, lap top, whatever, pr double log on just to wind you up! It would be easy for you in your bedroom all day, go and wash your sheets and look at an apprenticeship, it’s not embarrassing to do this in your 40’s either. |
