And we were tonight. All of us right behind the players and the manager.
No mention of previous managers, playing styles etc.

This has brought a little lump to my throat. To anyone who thinks he lacks passion or is boring and they aren't playing for him, tonight's result & this video are the perfect answer.

What's he getting at? That we need to be more patient?

What's he getting at? That we need to be more patient? That we need to support the players. The atmosphere at the Mem has been dross even when we’ve been winning games. He’s protecting his players and asking us to get behind them to help them through this rough period

Very interesting and totally get it,who would run into space for a pass etc knowing that if you f..k up there will be groans etc etc, fans on yer back does affect confidence and is self defeating.

He was called Tisdale by some tonight, that bloke would never have done this.
He needs time and patience, his own transfer window and more than anything, respect to do his job.

The sad thing is Paul, a few ain't having him, they were indoctrinated by Joe and cannot see the bigger picture. Matt will sort this out, he must know what he wants, and hopefully Mr Hussain will back him like Wael did with Joe.

You can tell some of the fan club on here really begrudge saying well done to Taylor when we win. Not all of them can I add but those who are secretly hoping he loses games to make the messiah look better aren’t hard to detect.

Pleased to see and hear this. Was very worried Saturday we had no motivator as a manager and none on the pitch. This has cheered me up almost more than the comeback win. UTG

Yes, that was me and I was wrong! Just very frustrated with the insistence of playing a losing formation with defenders who are not up to it. Delighted he made the early changes to go 4-4-2 and produced the results. Well done Matt Taylor and good to see his passion at the end.

I've been impressed with Matt Taylor since he came in. This is a well timed rally.

Because I was critical of Taylor it does not make me a Barton worshipper. A big extrapolation on your part and I never want Rovers to lose!! Well done Matt Taylor, please keep it up!

I think Saturday may have been a turning point. Was so flat for crowd, players and manager.Taylor and at least some of the players must’ve woken Sunday morning thinking we can’t just take that lying down, let’s give it some, show the fans we want and deserve their support. A good reminder we’re all in this together

I’ve never interacted with you on this forum before, as far as I’m aware and would go as far to say I’ve never even seen one of your posts before. A huge reach from you to jump to the conclusion I was talking about you.

To be fair supporters aren’t stupid though. I mean I’m glad he looks fired up and I don’t mind he’s done this but his tactics for the last three matches from the off have been poor and that’s being kind. If he hadn’t changed it when he did tonight he would be 3 defeats in a row and staring down the barrel of a board room shotgun. I like him don’t get me wrong , much more than I liked Barton but as much as credit when it’s due so should criticism. Great come back tonight. Hopefully we’ll see more football that suits the players we have in the games moving forward. I’m still a bit worried that he’s sees us as a passing patient team though. Barton got the sack , Taylor needs to stay away from this and build something that can give us consistency utilising the players we have in the best way that suits what we’ve got.

I didn’t see your post as in this wasn’t aimed at you, several people said we are like the Tisdale side but fair play for holding hand up. We are all Gas, the manager was Gas at the end going to the fans, he wants success like all of us but I can’t see why fans won’t let him have his own transfer window.

I don't post very often these days but have been on this forum since it's foundation and others beforehand.
