The likes of Swansea already use a similar system.
Order your food/ drink in the concourse via terminals throughout the area and go to the counter and pick up.
You can even order food/ drink for halftime.

Thinking it through some more... increasing capacity and hiring more staff dependant upon expected attendance is a better way forwards than a faceless system. It also benefits the local community, local economy, provides people with career opertunities. High-end supermarkets are going back to using more checkout staff because it's a better customer service.

Drinks in plastic bottles a temporary solution quick service and better than nothing. I personally drink outside the stadium and go to the stadium to watch the game

Well going by what happened in FX terrace against Derby it is bound to go wrong, Queued for nearly all of half time only for the tills to go down so they had to close up the kiosk, loads of people with kids wanting to buy but unable too, and to top it off not allowed out to the fan zone anymore, complete joke in this day and age and also not the first time this has happened. UTG !
