It's pretty hard for him to win here really. He takes the time to engage with the fanbase and answer fan queries at all hours and gets criticised for not delegating. If it were the other way round he'd be smashed for being inaccessible and hiding away from the blowtorch of fan engagement. This has to be one of the oddest criticisms I've ever heard to be honest.

If it relates to ticket mess ups, why not get Pete to deal with it? If there’s a mess up involving ticketing affecting hundreds or thousands of supporters why not send out a communication about what’s going to be done about it instead of replying individually to those who ask and letting everyone else guess as to what’s happening? That’s how healthy normal organisations operate.

If you mean it was all done from the club shop and ticket office then it worked If you lived in Bristol. For the many that didn't getting tickets was a nightmare. Ticketmaster is fine I have had no issues getting any tickets via them and its a fair system for everyone. There were teething problems but all sorted now and have not heard/read any complaints about them for ages.

Why should we not use them aswell?

A couple of months ago we changed our ST’s to the new South stand. I was told at the time we would not be getting a new ST card until next season and I would be sent print at home tickets via the Ticketmaster system. Without fail I have regularly received on Mondays an email with tickets attached for the two of us. The system has worked flawlessly as far as I am concerned.
