This is why we loved him.
I know the majority appreciated him but he also had many doubters amongst some gasheads about his quality. But you have to fight for the right to play and how we would love more players like him right now.
Gasheads will in the main support yu and forgive you if you give you all regardless of quality or level of performance. What we don't accept is a group of players that don't give their all.

Yeah, but I cannot ever forgive him for being the fittest player on the pitch, winning the ball and passing side ways to retain possession. #whatdidthebeardeverdoforus

He wouldn't let them have the ball, that was just unfair.

Remember seeing Sincs dominate up at Bolton away. Only morons can’t see what he added to the side.

Makes me a moronic soul then (according to our resident keyboard warrior) as to me, he was a headless chicken who caused mayhem with his own teammates as nobody knew where he was supposed to be playing.
Nice guy, very fit, comedy beard etc.

I can pop back tomorrow and take my normal position next to Roady.

He must have been about 28 when he made his league debut with us. Must have been a few professional morons around who could not see a player in him.

By the way, I'm not your mate. 👍 Hasta luego, Moronic Gas, BS3 🇪🇸🏴☠️

Hope the chef doesnt ruin your food as no doubt your very first thought will be “bloody returnofthedust and Roadman must have cooked this 🤬” Have a lovely day, mate 😘

Famously, nobody has ever come into professional football at a late age and been a good player. I mean just look at Jamie Vardy, what did he ever win after turning pro at 25.

Wouldn't mind a couple of Stuart Sinclairs in the team at the moment - always gave his all to the cause.

Some players may not be the most technically gifted but they set standards, tempo, effort and desire. Sincs wasn’t ever going to be a world beater but he was a very good pro and a decent player for us, only a can’t see this.

I had a great chat with Stuart in our non league days. Such a genuine guy and his passion and enthusiasm was infectious. He'd show the dross we have now a thing or 2.

Grew up with players such as Biggs, Hamilton, Bobby Jones , Wayne Jones, Haaaarrrold, Smash & Grab the list of hero’s goes on, but in all honesty, whether it comes from the dark place of relegation I don’t know, but for me, as Rovers hero’s go Sincs is right up there. Not for his skills,he’d be nowhere near , but as someone who looked on it as a privilege to play football, and played that way, who worked his socks off for the shirt, never gave less than 100% he was right up there. He had his moments too, such as his goal v Gateshead. Felt for him missing out on Wembley & the D & R game. Even in L1 he deserved a place with his attitude & work rate alone. Just imagine having ‘The Beard’ in this current team of weak, whinging wasters? Wouldn’t be fit to lace his boots.

He had skill. Was neat and tidy with the all. Not very adventurous with it but scored a few goals when getting forward. Good header of the ball for a small man as had a great leap on him. Would have shone through as a gifted midfielder, even without the beard. He played like I dreamt I would if was ever given the chance to pull on the quarters.

Vardy off to the prem, now in Championship. Sincs ended in L2. Not proving any points there. Yes he had great enthusiasm etc etc but have to side more with the Doc on this one.

Chelsea fans thought the Beard was the best player on the pitch in EFL cup tie.

Loved the beautiful bearded man!
The type of player who plays his heart out and runs his socks off even during meaningless games 💪
