Just looked and I have posted 6 (now 7 threads) in a row.
Is anyone out there?
Can't do anymore as lazy grandkids just woken up and want feeding!

I thought it was going to be a music based thread.
The Rovers records I can think of are: Rod Hull, The Bollards (Follow the Rovers?), Radio Bristol (GWR?) 1983 centenary song b/w The Irish Rover, Gerry's 1990 squad, Screen Soccer Turning On the Gas, can't remember his name but the 7 January 1956 song.

Don’t forget Maximum Roverdrive and their version of Irene!
And while we’re on the subject, the “January 7th 1956” song is actually called “Tote End Boys” and is by a local chap (English teacher, I think) called Ben Gunstone; apparently he is or was good friends with Alain Whyte, who is the guitarist for Morrissey, and has collaborated on a few songs with him.
