Had an email today purporting to be from EFL digital acknowledging my cancellation of the service that I am subscribed to until July. I might add I have not cancelled the service. Fired off a reply and had an immediate response from a DICE ticket services whoever they are saying someone will be in touch shortly. Has anyone else on here subscribed to ifollow had a similar email or is it a scam?

I've had the same email, which surprisingly suggests my membership has been cancelled at my request, even though I've not requested a cancellation and I've no idea what "premium club content" actually relates to anyway?
Email reads:
Membership cancelled
We're sorry to see you go! Per your request, we have cancelled your Video Season Pass membership. This will end on 01/07/2024.
When this ends, you will no longer be able to access exclusive, premium club content.
You can resubscribe at any time.
Thanks

Just had a reply to my email from Chris at ifollow support. He confirms we will receive an invitation to renew after the season ends.

Assume they do not automatically move you on to next year. Have annual pass and got same email They usually just auto renew the international season tickets although with the change of contract with Sky then perhaps this year is the exception.

Yeah I suspect the same. Bet they put the prices up as well. Has been around £140 for the season last few years

The “per your request “ phrase seems to be a standard insertion on any recurring payment process up for renewal/cancellation where prices or conditions have changed whether or not they are continuing it or cancelling it. Got one communication for a music magazine price rise, one direct debit where the price stayed the same but the name of the company taking the payment had changed and this email cancellation from EFL digital, in all three cases I hadn’t contacted them yet they included the “per your request “ phrase.

I hope that's the case. iFollow will still be the most convenient way to watch the games for overseas fans like myself.
