According to their forum it s Barnsley Maybe DC will possibly go for Evans? (AC that is not the Rotherham boss). Top 6 potential, nearer to home, cheaper houses and cost of living, plus a bigger wage. Easy to see the attraction. No doubt Evans must have heard what a great person and manager DC is and DC will be well aware of Evans talents. House prices are cheaper for a good reason! |

We had the same headlines in August. The investment may not be in the playing budget. As you have recognised, next season is going to be a tough league. It would be silly for a "smaller' club to say 'f**k.it' and try to mount a promotion push next season. |

Missed his former manager who had been gone too long. Sorry Good signing for them if it happens. One of those players who I hoped would have been of interest to us when he left Cambridge a few years ago. A bit like Andy Cannon when he went to Pompey. We never seem to get these type of players when others around us want them whereas 20 years ago we did. So I think you’re right pirate, need to re-think where we can get decent players who are value for money. Not all our recruits obviously but we need to change it. UTG! |

Common thing with players we’ve been linked with so far are pretty much south west based and kinda know the area which I find a little bit of an interesting approach by are recuirtment team, hopefully we aren’t pigeon holing ourselves to much by doing that…

Common thing with players we’ve been linked with so far are pretty much south west based and kinda know the area which I find a little bit of an interesting approach by are recuirtment team, hopefully we aren’t pigeon holing ourselves to much by doing that… Which is a similar approach to the much maligned previous recruitment team given that they signed Sinclair, Wilson, Friend, Hunt and Martin who all had connections with the area? |
