Nice to see the two young lads on the bench. Shame we have zero strikers. Shameful really Percy Too many campaigns recently where our recruitment has failed to recognise that having someone up top to put the ball in the net is relatively important Hoping we can get Aguilera back next season, along with Baggott, think this will be farewell and thanks to Harvey. What a water poor situation to be in with only the hapless Brown up top. Hoping he finds another club. Waste of space UTG |

Based on that team sheet I reckon Gordon is off, Connolly and McCormick likely to be moved on, then Hoole and Sinclair to get new contracts.

Not sure why Rossiter would start over Conteh if he was then going to be told he isn’t getting a new deal? Connolly and McCormick likely to still be with us next season unless someone takes them on loan. Doesn’t really help when we still end up paying most of their wages! |

Nice to see the two young lads on the bench. Shame we have zero strikers. Looking at Jerry Lawrence on Wikipedia it says he's a midfielder who made his only Rovers appearance in August 2022. Had a couple of loan spells in the Southern League Premier but only made 18 appearances and scored 3 goals. Wonder why he hasn't been given a chance since? No page for Kofi Shaw but I gather he won the academy player of the year? What position does he play? |

I think Jerry has featured in a few EFL trophy games as well as sub in the league. Really think we need to utilize the trophy games more for some of the youngsters next season. Also, we should have used a few meaningless end of season games last year to give someone like Jones a chance rather than the Stockport reserves player we had on loan. I can't see any reason why Shaw and Lawrence couldn't have been on the bench recently. That said, I think Vaughan had his best 5 minutes in his cameo last week, but really can't see the point of including him today. Could have put Hall on the bench to give him 5 minutes if the result was already a foregone conclusion, or the youngster who played in the FA cup v Whitby. |

If the players want to go out with some pride and secure contracts here or elsewhere they need to turn up today

Just looking forward to the season being over if I’m honest. 👍🏾 Think we all are! Also the off season seems a lot longer this year. Season done before May (for us anyway) and not starting again until second weekend of August which is later than normal. That should mean we'll be at home first game then. |

Are players being watched by prospective new clubs, so will put in a shift?. Who knows. |

That should mean we'll be at home first game then. Surely not, that's against the law. The stat is something ridiculous like 2 starts at home in 10 isn't it? Could mean an extra 1000 on the gate. Usually by the second Saturday we have already lost in the league and are out of the league cup so the new season bounce is already pretty flat. |
