Felt dirty to cheer a goal by the snake by I'm hoping they get a second and win for Darryl!

The Wigan keeper is frantically waving to the bench, they think he must have an injury but in fact it’s an equipment problem. He’s asked someone to bring out his favourite armchair, footstool and slippers.

Does he want to sit on the bench or in the stands? Anything is possible with money. In all likelihood because of the turnaround Taylor will probably keep him. But that's not to say it's not possible to move him out if we are determined enough. I look forward to the retained list on Tuesday regards some of the out of contract players. Doesn’t matter how determined we might be if he’s under contract and not interested in moving there is absolutely nowt we can do about it !! He can be completely resistant to agreeing mutual termination of his contract if he wants but he'd be a stubborn mule to do so. If we paid say 80% of his contract up that's a saving for the gas and he can go off and earn money elsewhere and be better off than if he stayed here. I'm not sure what it's like for footballers, but for permanent employees in a bog standard job there's tax benefits to this sort of arrangement which can make it all the more enticing. Yeah it might not be realistic. But it's possible. It all depends on how determined we are to get rid. I think supporters also underestimate how other clubs in our league may be interested in him even if he has been sh**e for us. Remember when Max Ehmer went back to League One after helping us get sent down?

What goes through Taylor’s head with that substitution? Baffling to say the least.

I’m already fearing next season. Get the recruitment wrong this summer and we could be as good as down by Christmas

Embarrassing is polite for this today …
Why on earth is he now bringing on the child from Hull ?
Give our own kids a go …

Absolutely pathetic, two or three trying, the rest going through the motions. Matt Taylor, put us out of our misery tonight and announce the retained list tonight! Please don’t prolong the agony and make us wait until Tuesday.

Too many don't want to play for the shirt... Even though season over, they still have to play for their shirt, their pride and FOR THE FANS.
Sadly this season has been such a damp squib over the last ten games and me for one haven't been excited on a Saturday (whereas I have previously in similar positions).
I think we need a serious clear out, start business earlier and ensure what is expected of anyone remaining at the club

A club of our size, after a couple of consolidation seasons back in league one, should be to eyeing up a playoff place - can MT improve us by 20+ points to get a top 6 place or is he more likely to take us in the opposite direction?
