In the annual accounts for 23, it says:
"Throughout the 2022/23 season we fielded a minimum of 2 club developed players in 100% of team sheets for the second season in a row."
"The average number of club developed players on a team sheet for us was 3.26"
That all sounds really progressive.
Then it clicked. They might be using Siclair in that statistic.

I assume "team sheet" means the full match day squad, so we could have a youngster like Lawrence on the bench all season but he rarely played? Club developed must mean they came through our Academy, even if they didn't join it until they were 16? |
