So who's going to be the first to sue Rovers for breach of contract over just £15? Did you read the T&C's? What does it say? Can we assume you have? How much does it say it costs the purchaser for a physical card?

Did you read the T&C's? What does it say? Can we assume you have? How much does it say it costs the purchaser for a physical card? No. Due to the fact there are no T&Cs for this coming years season tickets. www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/Common/CustomerNotice/TermsAndConditionsThat is the T's&C's attached to my order confirmation. Topper posted some of it, but didn't post the really important bit. "Issue Of Replacement Cards/Tickets Lost season ticket cards may be replaced at a charge of £15. These will be issued on the day of a match and ONLY to the named season ticket holder who MUST produce matching photographic identification. This is exclusively at the Club’s discretion. Forgotten season tickets may be replaced for a single game with a paper match ticket at a cost of £5 per ticket. The season card will subsequently be cancelled for that match and the duplicate ticket, if issued, will take precedence. This is exclusively at the Club’s discretion and no more than three duplicate matchday tickets will be issued in any one season. Lost/forgotten/unprinted matchday tickets may be replaced at a cost of £1.50 per ticket. The original ticket will subsequently be cancelled for that match and the duplicate ticket, if issued, will take precedence. This is exclusively at the Club’s discretion and no more than three duplicate matchday tickets will be issued in any one season. Abandoned/Postponed Matches Season card holders will use their smartcards in the normal way for any rearranged fixture caused by postponement or abandonment of the original match. If a match is postponed prior to kick-off season ticket holders and match ticket holders are entitled to: • Free admission to the rearranged game on production of their card or on the production of their complete original ticket. • Match ticket purchasers may exchange their ticket for another home match of the same grade or lower, in the same season, subject to availability by calling our ticketing team within seven days of the rescheduling announcement. • A full refund of the value of the seat less any booking fee by contacting the Ticket Office, within seven days of the rescheduling announcement. (Terms may vary for packages or special offers.) If the match is abandoned after kick-off and before half- time, match ticket purchasers are entitled to half-price admission for the rearranged match provided that they contact the Ticket Office within seven days of the rescheduling announcement. (Packages and special offer T&Cs may vary.) If the game is abandoned after half-time, no compensation will be available. Season Ticket Finance V12 Retail Finance is offering a repayment plan to pay for your 2022/23 Season Ticket spread over 6 or 10 monthly repayments. The 6 and 10 month repayment plan interest rate is 0% meaning you do not pay any interest. Bristol Rovers Football Club Limited acts as an Introducer Appointed Representative, registration number no. 740008 and will introduce you to V12 Retail Finance Limited to complete your application for finance. Subject to status and affordability. Terms and conditions apply. Bristol Rovers Football Club Limited, 00051828, The Memorial Stadium, Filton Avenue, Horfield, Bristol, BS7 0BF" The T's and C's we were all sent was for the 22/23 season. So, the whole argument of changing the T's and C's is boll.ox as clearly no-one actually read them...

The only assumption that I have made is that when renewing my ST (Feb) in response to the clubs email nothing was mentioned about any changes to the effect that the (physical) ST was going to be redundant and I would need some electronic means to use the ST. As far as I was concerned (and it seems like others as well) all was as previous with the ST. Let me be clear - that is not an issue for me as such. But it is for some and it is surely incumbent on the selling party to inform the buying party at time of purchase that the T’s and C’s are changing - and inform them prior to purchase not after. Simple as that really. Issue is some are using hindsight and the fact that digital cards don't impact them to say they are correct. I'm guessing that is aimed at me. I have big shoulders (quite literally). It's not about being right, it's the 'outrage' being shown just feels false. It feels like it's a cheap stick to beat the club with. You'll see in my last post, the club did f.uck up the T's and C's but not in the way people are saying. It's 1st world problems.

So, the terms and conditions do not specify a £15 charge for Season Ticket Cards. Thank you.

What do you think they are going to do if somebody did sue them for the breach of contract, say to the judge: "Sorry about this your honour but we published last season's T&C's in error, the actual T&C's we should have published show there will be a £15 charge for anybody requiring a physical season ticket." They'd get laughed out of court if they did try that. The whole club seems to be run by amateurs, as surely uploading updated T&C's is something most clubs would do as a matter of course.

Show me where it says they wouldn't, or you couldn't use last season's card, and that all s/t holders would need access to mobile device next season, the T&C's are clearly the previous seasons and have not been updated. I've no idea why you are defending the club, when they've clearly decided to impose an extra charge without telling anybody, even now you could buy a s/t and be totally obvious to the fact you need a mobile device or have to pay the extra £15 for a card.

See the Hull owner gave the 1700 fans at Plymouth today a 6 quid drink food voucher. Not a huge amount but at least appreciates hulls travelling fanbase

I'm pretty sure I have mentioned many times why I am 'defending' the club. I think people are showing faux outrage and completely lost perspective on this issue. I've no idea why you have no idea why I am 'defending' the club when I have mentioned many many times why.

"We feel we are extremely fair priced as we cover costs only and in the recent future the cards will be stopped with the new stadium and no option but electronic will be available, and everyone has to move electronically"
We are getting a new stadium.
