Yes, great team goal. Playing well within ourselves. Good organised display. Good poacher goal from Promise Omochere. Bryant Bilongo playing well. Taylor gives confidence to our backline. Fans seem happy here.

I was in the stand Matt Taylor arrived two minutes before the match started. He looked up at the travelling fans, nodded in their direction and took his place on the steps to access the team from up high.
I’ve no doubts that he is organising the team to defend well and attack in numbers.
I just wish he had made an emotional connection with the fans. A little more energy towards fans would have been helpful.
One fan talked to Matt about the lack of water in the stadium. It was 29 degrees and there was no water or drinks for any of the fans. Water bottles taken off fans at the entrance. Matt had a transactional conversation about water without engaging emotionally in the subject or the problem that fans had with the issue.
I know it’s not his area of responsibility but possibly getting one of the travelling team to hand out water to the small number of fans would have been a nice touch.
We are winning one nil and it could easily be two or three second half.
Happy with this performance in super hot conditions.

Never started a thread before. I’ve no idea what the score will be just looking forward to seeing this new era of the gas. My holiday clashed with this date so I’ll be at the match in 30 minutes time. It’s 26 degrees and rising here. A good performance to inspire us all would be perfect.
