If I wanted to bet I’d do it through the markets and get better odds than evens - thanks though. Just cheer up though, seriously, it’s never worth it. I thought so 😉. I am absolutely fine. I’m not the only person that has to watch the Taylor tactics this season and it certainly isn’t going to dampen my weekend 😊. You seem pleased we've lost today. Glad the result cheers you up.

If people have a breakdown every time we lose away to one of the top teams in the division then it’s going to be a really long season. One of the top teams in the division 🤭🤭. Stockport won’t be in the play offs or promotion contention I’ll happily stick £100 on it. send us the betslip

I think they look like every bit the kind of side that do well in league 1. They’re solid at the back have controlled the midfield and they’ve been clinical in both boxes. By far the best side out of the three we’ve played so far and if they play like this every week they’ll make top 6 no problem. They have a good midfield and that Barry looks a decent player. They are will organized and have not conceded this season yet. Definitely a decent side.

This is quite worrying, no goals from open play in our opening 3 games (so far). We have a real lack of flair going forwards, apart from Sinclair.
In fact Sinclair has kinda shown up a lot of this team since he’s come on, he’s running towards goal and trying to find space.
Every time we attack we either crowd our own players out or we leave people by themselves, no one passes and we get tackled. In honesty the players don’t really look like they know what to do going forward.
This is the first game I’ve seen this season so I’m hoping some of the other performances have been better, but based on this, we are in real trouble.

Let’s not forget that most of our players haven’t played with each other before, whilst most of Stockport’s players have played with each other for a while and have the momentum of a promotion behind them.
It will take a while for it to come together, but when it does I still think we’ll be a decent side.

A shame to concede when we did, thought we largely kept them at bay up until that point and had a couple of bright moments going forward.
Still plenty of players getting up to speed/match fitness, and with that will come more fluidity and knowing each others games.
On to cambridge!

Gonna be a bloody long season. Nothings changed in my eyes Defensive error for the 1st goal, set piece for their second and we didn't score. I'll have to agree

First job on the training field on Monday - sort out marking at corners to prevent the headed ball from beyond the far post back into the area - we conceded one and it could have been two or three more today

Yes we certainly kept them at bay with their 61% possession and their 18 shots with 8 on target 👍

Undone by ourselves really.
Two mistakes, two goals.
I thought we matched them in the first half.
2nd half we sat back too much.

Clearly second best. If you were to pick a combined XI of the best players from both sides only Griffiths would make it in from Rovers and that’s by virtue of the fact he had to make some saves whilst Addai just had some fielding practice.
