Lodge Road is the place to be tomorrow to get your football fix on Bank Holiday Monday.
Yate are flying and have won all 5 games and playing some superb possession football.
A big test tomorrow with Exmouth in 3rd who are also still unbeaten.
EFL Season Ticket holders get reduced entry of £8.

My home town Exmouth, will pop along. Both teams doing well at the moment. Hopefully, better perfomance than both Rovers and Exeter on saturday!

Very good. Dominated the game. The lad we released, Tomlinson ran the show - greatest respect to Yate but he is too good for that standard.
Big Marlon Sheed Jackson played well too, bossed the front line.
Yate look a very good side, it has to be said.

Lovely afternoon at Yate. Despite Exmouth losing it was a good game and good performance by both teams. Yate dominated the first half and used the wide pitch to their advantage with Exmouth hardly getting past the half way line. Second half was better from Exmouth but went behind by a well taken goal. Yate had more chances though a late charge by Exmouth kept the game interesting. Yate are a strong team and will be difficult to beat especially at home. I hope Exmouth will be close behind them in the table. Loved the refreshments... pork,stuffing,chips and gravy for £5 was great value for money and quick service. Plus bottles of Butcombe for £4.50 from the bar behind the goal. Good turnout of 667 with a few Exmouthians. The Yate kids behind the goal made lots of noise which was nice to see. I will definetly make a return visit and hopefully bring a long a few others with me! |

Glad to hear Tomlinson stood out and not surprised, always rated him when coming through the ranks at Rovers and disappointed when he was released, seems he stands out at that level . |
