Chance for McCormick to prove me wrong .... Can only say Hutchinson must be really out of form. Hutchinson doesn't get involved enough for me ( only on the evidence of the Stockport game admittedly). |

Genuinely can’t and haven’t seen what Macca has done in any game since start of pre season to get a start. Honestly haven’t been impressed with anything he’s done in any friendly or any sub appearance. Any difference from when he played with us before? |

Genuinely can’t and haven’t seen what Macca has done in any game since start of pre season to get a start. Honestly haven’t been impressed with anything he’s done in any friendly or any sub appearance. I really wanted him to succeed but just isn’t the same player who looked so promising a few years ago. I agree not done enough to justify starting today, especially when Shaq could have come into a 5-2-3 formation. Hutchinson hasn’t set the world alight so far but will still be disappointed not to have got another chance ahead of Macca. Hope Macca really grabs this unexpected opportunity 🤞 |

We could’ve been 3-1 up at half time v Stockport and he’d have had 3 assists!! |

Hutch will come good. Gasheads expect too much too quickly from young new players.
I think he’s shown promise even if he hasn’t set the world alight.

No, not at all which makes it all the more surprising, however I was prepared to have a clean slate each pre season but I’ve seen nothing other than someone chasing crisp packets in the wind. |

even if Griffiths brke his finger yesterday they surely just strap it to the next finger and away he goes. not ideal but its been done many times before and they seem to do in cricket when the ball hits the batsmens gloves
