Doesn't bring anything to the side that I've seen. A couple of times he had the ball out wide tried doing a few turns and ended up losing or slowing the play down

And yet if he’d ignored fans and walked off without acknowledging them then he’d have come in for abuse about his lack of interaction. I’m not necessarily defending him but I do think footballers cant win in these situations |

Garrett came off the pitch directly in front of me on west enclosure and put his hands up in apology and then applauded the fans. Can't comment on the rest of his walk back to dugout but definitely wasn't cheering as you claim. |
