Moore's obviously got disciplinary issues or he wouldn't have been sacked by his former club, at 4-0 down and the game completely dead you do have to wonder why anybody would attempt to nut an opposing player right particularly in front of the opposing bench and ref. I assume you know what happened at his previous club then ? Grateful if you could post the details as I haven't seen it reported Just read his Wikipedia, it's hardly a closely guarded secret why he was dismissed.

"In April 2024, it was reported that Valenciennes were in the process of dismissing Moore after he had hit a supporter following a reserves match against Lille in February." Weirdly, it doesn't say he was actually dismissed. Maybe they found there was no case to answer?

Interesting you can allegedly hit a supporter away from our club with no redress or recourse, yet if it's (allegedly) your wife away from the club, there's a meltdown..?

The fact there was never a dismissal or a court case. You could conclude that after the club fully investigated the events, they decided there was no case to answer?

I've witnessed how some football fans behave when a player decides enough is enough. I have seen grown men complain to nearly tears when the opposition goal keeper winds them up. Calling for the keeper to be arrested for inciting a riot. We don't know if the police were involved in this situation. Then lets compare that to: Police involved, statements made on video evidencing bodily harm. Two people witnessing the events. Going to court. Being stayed as apposed to thrown out or found not guilty. I do think the two are very different.

How do you know there was never a dismissal, if there was no case to answer Moore wouldn't have been out of work since last April. Possibly he decided to quit rather than wait to be formally dismissed, either way it seems pretty obvious, to most of us anyway, he only left because of the incident with the fan.

If you are going to cite wikipedia on one hand, you then need to accept the fact the wikipedia has no mention of him being dismissed then there was no case to answer. Can you just quit a football club that you have just signed a three year deal for? Wouldn't they be trying to sell him and make some money back? Its only obvious to those with an agenda. Are you are the spokes person for the "most of us"?

Moore obviously has discipline issues. In other games I've watched he gets very emotional/angry. He also chinned a fan of his last club so this won't be the only time he loses it.

No one has been found guilty, yet there was a two tiered approach to meltdown. No one really melted down over jervani brown's alleged past or some of the other of the club's employees misdemeanours. I find it somewhat inconsistent, that's all.

Im not sure I do know what we are all talking about. There was a meltdown over Jevani Brown being signed and the fact that the website page saying that any employee found guilty of assault would be sacked was taken down just before we signed him. With regards to JB and domestic violence, the bit that I have always maintained is that if he was innocent he would have left his wife. Could you be married and living with someone who has called the police on you and lied about your behaviour? I don't think JB could either. I would've walked out of that marriage, it would be like walking on eggshells. Everytime the wife is unhappy, she would be threatening the police. The fact that he didn't fits more with the narrative that he is a wife abuser and the main witness is his wife, the fact that no one was proved guilty or not but was stayed suggests that the authorities have kept the book open in case of a repeat offence.

Maybe he needs a few Saturdays off... (I am joking...) Perhaps he looked at the next 3 fixtures, Posh, Wycombe and Charlton! All clubs we should be competitive with. Not expecting 9 points, but if we’re fearing those clubs we may as well pack it in and play in league two.

Definitely red card in this day and age.
However, could it be argued the Wigan player kicked the ball away? Yellow card couldn't see at the time and still not clear on highlights, but did the player put his hand on Moore also?

The club being the key point here. If the club is our club then the interest in the incident is ramped up for obvious reasons I couldn't care less if Joe Bloggs at Preston is caught on video giving a Nazi salute for example

It happens, the funny side, although Moore made an attempt to head butt the fella, he missed from close range, and the Wigan fella acted as if he had been shot.
