I thought it was a fantastic finish by Gatlin O'Donkor. I am looking forward to seeing more of what him, Sousa, Shaw and Forde are capable of.

So am I but we wont because we only attack when a game is all over. MT is a defensive Manager, Our attacking players have ability no doubt butare treated differently to the defenders. Poor game and out they go whereas most of the goals conceded are caused by poor individual errors by the defenders but they seem to just get away with it.

Taylor is a defensive manager but he cannot even get that right at the moment. We have everything needed in the side now, if the manager cannot deliver something or show he can by the end of the burton game then get rid before we are sucked into a relegation battle. Rotherham fans can’t stand the bloke and quite frankly I can see why.

Given goals conceded, it is understandable that MT wants a settled balanced defence to build upon.
I would be tempted to go 4-1-4-1 with Moore at RB, Sousa LB. Play Conteh (or Mola) in front of the defence and behind the midfield 4. I think that would make us defensively stronger in the middle and wide areas.
