Excellent post, as always, informative and insightful but for any of the above to happen we need patience, we need to be, as a fan base, behind the team regardless and with that unwavering and unquestioning fervour all the players will flourish so maybe just put down your guns for a minute or two and just roar the boys on? We’ve got a contracted squad by and large for the first time in goodness knows? These are our good times! Historicaly and factually, strike up the band! 😀 It's easy to post that but not so easy to do it tomorrow if we concede an early goal and then play as if the players met just before the kick off. Hopefully we'll get some kind of reaction form the players tomorrow, which will encourage fans to get behind them. it took me bloody ages to post that I’m crap at typing so as I mentioned above, put down your guns |

Big game tomorrow , won’t be a good crowd and those that go will be looking for a reaction.
I’ll be there getting behind them but if It is that same Christmas tree 532 formation and we get beat them I fear the worst.
I’d go 4231 stick mola alongside conteh as defensive midfielders both playing the 6/8 role and stick bolingo left att Thomas right att promise in the middle and I’m not sure the number 10 but we seem to have few that could potentially be the 10 but none of them have looked creative so far …
Whoever has been the most hungry during the week in training out of those should be 10.
Matt Taylor it’s over to you but ffs you built this team we’re behind you but don’t serve up anymore if this 532 narrow crap because you’ll be sacked by the end of October if you do.

Taylor will be gone by Christmas as I've previously said from last season. I think our summer signings have been decent but the man in charge is way out of his depth. Ryan Lowe wouldn't be a bad person to take over us with this young group of players....

We seem to play some lovely neat passing football when going backwards from the opposition box to our keeper. If only we could do the same in the other direction... Absolutely. We look fine until the opposition start tackling our players, or marking the space that we could pass into. |
