Absolutely boycott yes....the competition is not the Full Members Cup. It's a slave to the Premiership whims. I'll accept some fans of all clubs will attend at Wembley and pre final too, that's up to them and where they draw their line with their principles isn't it? But it still doesn't detract from the point.... it's a disgrace, and I won't help fund it. I still think if it's unacceptable to berate the fan from attending, it's just as unacceptable to berate the fan that chooses not to.. I would absolutely boycott too. I've never been to one of these games and never would. They won't get a penny of my money until we got our competition back. It's important to have a spine. Damn right! Well said..

Hey I have full respect for you personally, fair play to you and you are man of your morals. Personally I think any Gashead would be mad to miss the opportunity of seeing us play at Wembley but that’s their choice. My issue comes with the boycotters who then go to Wembley when their side makes it there, surely you can see this? Much respect to you Roady fella (someone said Roadmap on the other forum! 😋) and anyone that does stick their principles. I see the hypocrisy of some what you post but not all should be tarred with same brush. I haven't given a penny to the competition. But I have help fund the club when they were taking cash for 50/50 and not gone in, bought merch from the shop and not gone in and contributed to community and young pirates, just a few quid, again with not going in. Someone in the club told me when we played Yeovile in this gawdawful competition a few years ago, the club had lost money that night and previous which is crying shame....so as I see it, only a small few would benefit anyway but hey fill your boots with this competition if it suits you (or others!)

Morning all. Is anyone out there in the mood to count how many grey dots there are on the "tickets for sale" map ?
It would be a good guide to a likely attendance tonight.

It's clearly not just all about gate receipts: "In 2023 participating clubs received a £20,000 participation fee, with £10,000 per victory and £5,000 per draw in the group stage, and increasing prizes for the knockout matches up to £100,000 for winning the final."
