I'm not liking any of this. I don't mean I don't like the posts regarding this situation, I mean I'm not liking what I'm hearing about our new Owners. Equally it’s jarring to see so many obsessed with knowing every single going on at the club on a minute by minute basis. This cannot be healthy, surely. It's not healthy but you can't ignore the fact that there are many, many saying the same thing who have no connection to each other.

Every single owner we’ve had since forums started has been slagged off as useless , inept etc etc . This is just the latest lot in the firing line 😂

I'd be grateful if someone could provide a simple overview of the "thing"?! From what i can see having skimmed some of the pages (and not related at all to the OP) - The owners may be looking or even interviewing possible replacement for Taylor should he fail - JB may say something that make him look good and the owners bad once his NDA expires (as if things like that bother him) Is that it? Seems a lot of hot air other than that - and an opportunity for lots of opinions on how they may have gone about it all and whether they care/have money/want in - out - shake it all about? Did i miss something worthy of the pages?

I wouldn’t be averse to that individual for what he’s worth. What who's worth? Ainsworth!

Not great, but we have good loans for our youngsters and have brought in lots of players on perms and loans so doesnt seem to be having a big impact? I bet people dont like dealing with the peterborough guy either. No idea if they are any good, are learning and will get better or are a disaster. But I'm also not taking the word of a couple of posters and their contacts (that may have their own agendas) that it is end of days at the Quarters!

I've have been told, from 2 very good sources::
Post Huddersfield, Hussain wanted to sack Taylor and Abdul and George Friend met with Gary Rowett. After interviewing him, they asked him to be our manager and would he accept terms not using his agent (Wasserman).
Rowett said no, the agent must be used so they made him an offer via Wasserman which was derisory and he turned it down.
Wasserman then informed the club that Matt Taylor is also under their instruction and they also have a duty of care towards him and have to inform him that his current employment may be terminated. They also informed all Wasserman first team players that they may have a change of manager shortly hence them all asking MT what was going on at training the next day.
I have also had it confirmed that another L1 club who is currently looking for another manager interviewed Gareth Ainsworth and he told them that he was also under consideration at....Bristol Rovers.
How disrespectful can you be to your current manager, 2 prospective managers and the biggest agency in football all in one go. I've got no issues in sounding out a manager, eg, make a phone call to see if it's something they would be interested in, but to offer a job when your current manager is in situ and being dumb enough to think that Wasserman wouldn't say anything is just incompetence of the highest order.
So when I say that Abdul is completely illiterate at being a CEO and needs help, this highlights exactly why.
It would also help if we paid a few bills, it might stop us being reported to the EFL for non payment of transfer fees too.

Who is the other club? If they have a duty of care, surely they were named as well.

Most of that is true from 81.
I knew this last week or some form of it, it’s common knowledge in the game.
I’m glad it’s someone else now leaking this, loads more to come out, a club tried to get a transfer embargo on us last week, unpaid transfer fees. Ask anyone in the game to go on the FA transfer portal, it’s all on there.

I’m not doubting in any way that what you are saying is incorrect but how can MT carry on working on a day to day basis if he is being undermined so blatantly, not only by the owners but also by the DoF. This is a disgusting situation - I will PM you.

Daddy buys Club for Son to play with. Son thinks it FIFA 2024. Son ruins everything. Daddy sells everything to property developers. Rovers are no more. The end.
