English heritage have thrown it out. FFS lets just get on with it now. Or is it on the back burner?

You would assume now EH have thrown it out that it should be all systems go.
One would assume that any further delays are due to to the club (i.e. intentional) as theoretically this should have been the last hurdle (unless something else develops).

Great news, but the usual story from the club, "finalising contracts etc".
Will only be convinced now when the diggers start on site.
