I'm sure a few have already figured it out themselves, but for those less tech savvy/lazy shits, here is a guide on how to change it (NB you can only change your profile picture on a PC/Mac - not using a mobile device): 1) Click the "Profile" link at the top of the page below the "Bristol Rovers Unofficial Forum" header 2) Once your profile has been brought up on page, click the "Edit Profile" button towards the top right hand corner of your profile 3) You are now presented with a number of options for changing your avatar. The most likely option you'll want is "Use only the Uploaded/Linked". Select this and then click the "Uploaded/Linked" text (it's a hyperlink) 4) A pop-up box will be displayed. Here you can either a) select an image to upload from your PC or b) input the URL (web address) of the image in question. 5) Once done, close the form using the "x" in the top right corner and then click the "Save Avatar Changes" button Done  |

Just to add. You can only add or change your avatar on a proper PC/Mac. There is no mobile option for this

for those less savvy... if uploading an internet image right click and select:
'veiw image info'
this should give you a http//: to insert... although if using google images you may have to try uploading the image at several stages (ie search/veiw/visit page) before it's excepted for some reason.....

Never understood why we cannot just upload an image from our own photos in our computers folders rather than HAVE to use one already posted elsewhere |

Tried to put an avatar on here and it didnt work. It aint me, so whats the problem? Switch from Dashboard to Desktop mode if you are attempting to do it from your phone. The option is at the bottom of the page. Some of the features are not available on your phone.
