This bloke is a decent manager but not a top, top manager. He barely looks interested and offers little motivation from the sidelines. He strikes me as just being a 'nice' bloke in every sense of the word. His team have under performed in all 4 competitions. They have a settled squad and should be looking to challenge Chelsea for the title. Instead they will now be fighting it out with Arsenal, Man Utd and Liverpool for the top 4.The bloke is tactically naive in the big games and I can see him out the door.
