Pretty curt. Maybe there really is no more to it then Thing is, IF this is no more than the one issue then why is it taking the time to go over again IF the authorities feel they have dealt with it in a timely and professional manner ? I've a feeling this one will go on. I also can't help but wonder why the conny have delayed putting out the fixtures ? Ah well, I am prepared for the conference in any case and I just want us to get the players in and bloody concentrate in the team. We have had enough of misdirection, mistrusted and side tracking for ten lifetimes. I hope this can be dealt with quickly now but the very brief statement by the FA says they have no timeframe fir the verdict. The mind doth boggle sweet Prince. Alas, poor Rovers, I knew them well.

I guess the thing is, that Rovers have instructed lawyers who have sent a very, very serious letter to the FA to get this started. As a result, the FA have to at least look like they are investigating the issue and taking it all seriously. To be honest, even if they simply have to review the decision they previously made on the issue, simply to re-assure us that they are happy it was a fair conclusion to the matter, then they are bound to do that. Don't get me wrong, I fully understand why anyone would draw conclusions from the fact that the FA are taking so long as an indication that there's more to it. However, it appears that the reason they are taking so long and haven't just dismissed it out of hand is to ensure that they can say to us that they have reviewed the decision and stand by it. There's less chance of us then persuing it (in reality) than if they just turned round from day one and said "f**k off" (in as many words).

Very good KP!!, never thought I'd see Bristol Rovers likened to a Shakespearean tragedy, very fitting indeed mate.We have all become victims of a comedy of errors as well.
